Meet the founder
Elizabeth Rolon, the founder of this amazing non-profit ministry, is a passionate advocate for Women and Families in need. With a strong background in Human Resources and a well-diverse Women’s Ministry, she quickly recognized the need for a dedicated organization that focuses on empowering women and families facing various challenges. Her vision and determination led her to establish this ministry with the goal of providing support, resources, and spiritual transformation for those in need. Elizabeth's leadership and commitment to making a positive impact have been instrumental in Tampa Bay and Lakeland Communities. Through her tireless efforts, the ministry has been able to reach out to countless individuals, offering assistance in areas such as career education, resources for healthcare, assistance with finding employment, and spiritual guidance. Elizabeth's unwavering dedication to empowering women and families has inspired others to join this cause and work together towards creating a more inclusive and positive society.

Family means everything to me—it’s where my heart feels at home. The bond we share goes far beyond just being related, but more importantly, it’s built on God’s foundation of love, faith, and understanding. My family is the one I can always count on, through every season of life. Whether we’re laughing together, supporting one another through hard times, or simply spending time in each other’s company, there’s a warmth and comfort that only family can provide.
In our Rolon family, I’ve found my safe haven. They know me in ways no one else does, and even when life gets tough, they’re the ones who make everything feel okay again. Their love is unconditional, and that’s something I hold close to my heart. The moments we share—big or small—are what keep me grounded and remind me of what really matters.
What truly makes my family special is the way we show up for each other. There’s a sense of belonging, of knowing that no matter what happens, we have each other’s backs. With God as the center, my marriage is the heart of my life, a place where I find comfort, strength, and unconditional love. It’s more than just a commitment; it’s a partnership built on trust, understanding, and deep connection. With Rene by my side, I’ve found someone who truly sees me even with all of my flaws —and loves me anyway! lol The way we support each other through our businesses along with every challenge, celebrate every joy, and share in the little moments, makes my marriage something I truly cherish.
What makes it so special is the balance we bring to each other's lives. We’re not just two people living under one roof; we’re a team, always working together. Whether we’re navigating tough days or savoring quiet moments of peace, there’s an unspoken understanding that we’re in this together, always. We have a shared vision for our future, and we know that no matter what happens, we’ll face it together.
My marriage has taught me what true love means—compromise, patience, and the importance of always choosing each other. It’s in the way we lift each other up and help each other grow, and in the way we bring out the best in one another. I feel incredibly grateful for the love we share, and for the life we’re building together. Every day, my marriage reminds me of the power of God, love, and the beauty of having someone to walk through life with.
